The rooms are clean and comfortable and kept in good shape with good wi-fi facilities. The club lounge is very good for breakfasts, plus snacks and drinks into the evening. The lounge attendants, Rommell, Paul and Jose Luis are wondefuly attentive. The best person on check-in was Elzy Lopez but she has been moved into the back office. Please put her back on the front desk.
There are some new staff on check-in who are not so good. The Salon was very good, friendly and helpful but recently the managers seem to have changed and the experience is not so good. Hotel guests should have preference over other customers. This does not seem to be the case anymore.
